We are working with the major players of the international development finance industry and want to strengthen our consulting team.
In this context, we are looking for a candidate to fill a long term, full-time position as MSME Finance Advisor in Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
Your tasks will be:
- Introduce innovative MSME financing and Agricultural Lending services and distribution schemes
- Identify market opportunities, develop and launch innovative services
- Develop effective marketing strategies
- Increase effectiveness and quality of MSME lending operations
- Develop new products for the rural clients (farmers, agribusinesses) as well as MSMEs
- Implement appropriate monitoring and reporting practices
- Advise middle and senior management of client banks in strategic matters
You will offer:
- Solid and relevant experience in MSME Finance and Agricultural Lending
- Strong track record in developing and growing MSME Finance and Agricultural Lending operations
- Previous consulting or management experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Work experience in Newly Independent States
- Fluency in Russian; strong command of English
- Flexibility to relocate and to travel
