OVERVIEW OF CTG GLOBAL
CTG support and manage humanitarian projects in fragile and conflict-affected countries around the world. With past performance in 15 countries – from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and Central and South America – we offer a holistic fabric of project management, implementation and support. Skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, we have the ability to act quickly (crisis response teams can be on the ground in 24 hours) and to establish structured operations in high-risk environments. CTG recruit and manage qualified, skilled teams with extensive experience operating in challenging conditions.
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
A diverse workforce is a more productive workforce and at CTG, we are committed to building a culturally diverse talent pool and strongly support attainment of equality between men and women as partners to achieve a common goal of Humanitarian Aid. CTG is also a proud member of the UNGC, a strong supporter of SDG 5 (Gender Equality), WEPS, HeForSHe and as a result, we have supported our clients in various projects inclined towards strengthening women involvement.
Notwithstanding our advocacy for gender balance, the number of our female consultants operating on the ground is just 6%, which is a fairly low statistic. In line with this, we are now conscious of encouraging more female candidates to apply for vacancies either locally or worldwide for their equal contribution.
At CTG, we pride ourselves in transparent recruitment process, which is unbiased towards gender, race or religion; and in order to maintain a relatively balanced talent pool we invite women willing and eager to support Humanitarian Aid projects.
