Israel: Assistant to the Director of Development

The Jaffa Institute, a major nonprofit social service agency, is seeking an Assistant to the Director of Development. This is a full-time position based at the Jaffa Institute’s administrative offices in Tel Aviv.

Tasks include maintaining donor relations, leading visits, managing the “Youth4Youth” campaign, marketing and social media, and assisting fundraisers. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the schedule for the Director of Development, and working on fundraising events worldwide.

Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree or higher

· Computer literate

· 5 years of experience in fundraising

· English – mother tongue and fluent, conversational Hebrew written and spoken

· At least 1 year experience in fundraising database software management
